Qty(gallon) : Number of litres/gallons of fuel added
Cost/Unit : Fuel Price Per Unit (Litre/Gallon)
Reference : Any Payment Related Reference Id
State/Province : Fuel Purchase State/Province
Select Image : Fuel Payment Receipt Image (jpg/jpeg)
Fuel is Coming From : Fuel Tank / ND / Vendor
